EÜAŞ Gökçekaya Dam Deep Well Pumps
Existing vertical shaft pumps used in the establishment of the Gökçekaya Dam are replaced by 2 FZC.6.22.1.1040.4 model Hydro-Vacuum FZ submersible pumps, each with a power of 50 kW. The pumps were placed in the well connecting the drainage system of the hydroelectric power plant at a depth of 20 meters and were put into operation by including all piping, valves and softstarter systems.
Kazakhstan Chrome Mine Mud Pump Spares
Various spare parts for slurry pumps used in the chrome mine operating in Kazakhstan were produced by reverse engineering and offered to the customer that provided advantages in terms of both cost and delivery time.
157 MW Steam Turbine LP Rotor and Stator 3D Scan
14-stage LP steam turbine rotor and nozzles were modeled with 3D laser scanning technology and detailed technical drawings were prepared. All components including rotor shaft, blades, shrouds, nozzle fixed blades and stator seals were comprehensively modeled.
İZSU Wastewater Submersible Pumps
Different models and sizes of Hydro-Vacuum brand FZ submersible pumps have been supplied for use in İZSU’s wastewater pumping and treatment facilities. These pumps, which stand out with their cutting blade structure and high efficiency, are the product of Hydro-Vacuum’s design and production experience of over a century.
Coal Mine Mud Pump Impeller Reverse Engineering
In coal mines, slurry pump impellers, which wear out quickly due to the abrasive nature of the slurry, were remodeled using reverse engineering and locally produced using higher erosion-resistant materials. In this way, significant benefits were provided to the customer in terms of cost, supply time and product life.
Thermal Power Plant Ash Pump Spares
Spare parts for ash pumps used in coal-fired thermal power plants have been produced and put into operation using reverse engineering methods.
